Had a nice experience at Super 8 in Cypress. The room was clean, and I appreciated the ample hot water for showers. It was convenient reaching nearby shopping and the hospital. However, I was surprised by the number of guests smoking outside their rooms. it made walking to my car a bit uncomfortable. The staff seemed a bit indifferent when I asked for assistance, which was disappointing. Overall, it's a decent spot but could improve in terms of service and ensuring a smoke-free environment around the entry points.

We had a fun family trip exploring nearby hiking trails and enjoyed the cozy room that accommodated our three young kids perfectly. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the ample hot water for showers after our outdoor adventures.
